Paulson: Financial regulatory reform is needed immediately (NYT)

Henry Paulson, former secretary of the Treasury Department, writes that it is time to overhaul the financial regulatory system and that delays are creating uncertainty in the market, which is not helping the situation. “Our overriding goal in restructuring our financial architecture should be that taxpayers never again have to save a failing financial institution,” Paulson writes.
